Red-winged Blackbirds are notorious for aggresively defending their territory against much larger species of animals, including one of the most iconic of Eagles, the Bald Eagle. This family of Bald Eagles shares this territory with the family of the Red-Winged Blackbirds, and they harass them all spring and summer while both families raise their young. This was taken with a DSLR, Nikon D500 and a Sigma 150-600mm lens.
