Brush strokes of acrylics paints glide across canvas to emerge the pain of loss of a baby. This painting was done months after my daughter passed away from a very rare brain abnormality, Semi Lobar HPE. This piece speaks volumes on how empty my arms felt, and how grief consumed me in shades of Black and white and grays. No color. The only color being the empty pink baby swaddle. I hope this piece speaks to others, as all of my emotion from my personal loss was put into this painting. I hold it very dear to my heart.
