This is a mixed media painting on 36″x48″ canvas. As our family owns a small restaurant, this canvas originally was placed in the restaurant window with the word “TakeOut” on it during pandemic as the restaurant closed to dining it in 2020. You can still see the outline of block black letters under the paint and collage pieces. The restaurant survived the challenging time and the takeout sign got a second life as a painting.
