For this image I used color film prints with different shades and cut them up into stripes and attached to the hander with pins just as eggs attached to the hanger (on the original picture with pins) to create a repeating effect. This piece is multimedia – installation photo that brings still photo to life. As a woman and an artist, I think it is my obligation to not stay silent on women’s reproductive rights. I used coat hanger to make a statement on this matter and to remind a danger that women can face with abortion banning (since it was one of the methods used for self-induced abortions).
