Mural for local cafe in Waterford, MI—L.A. Cafe. This Mural was just completed as of 8/27/2022. The piece was inspired by the geography of Waterford, with it’s plethora of lakes, it was also thematically fitting with Los Angeles (L.A.) that the cafe is based on. Other than the subject matter, the focus of the mural was creating a piece that is bright, happy, and makes people smile. I love using bright, positive colors in my work as a way of uplifting those in it’s presence. L.A. Cafe is located at 5815 Dixie Highway, Waterford, MI 48329.
